Dalits protest against discrimination. Most Dalits live in slums. Washermen, shoemaker, cleaner and garbageworker are their traditional occupations Come April and Dalits celebrate the birthday of their leader, B.R. Ambedkar. They decorate his statues and pray for his wellbeing. Statues for sale: Buddha and B.R. Ambedkar
